This makes me mad, cop on people. Looking at some of the facts written by Lucky S. Michaels on LGBTQ people in New York.  Shelter by Michaels is such a great book everyone should buy it or take a loan from a library. Within the 5 boroughs of NYC there are estimated 30,000 homeless youth Each year approximately 5,000 homeless and runaway youth die from assault, illness and suicide About one third of transgendered people earn $10,000 per year or less.  29% have no employment Half of all LGBTQ youth report that their parents rejected them.  Over one quarter of LGBTQ youth are forced to leave home because of conflict over their sexual orientation Queer youth are 7 times more likely to be the victim of crime than their heterosexual counterparts *SCREAMS Buy Shelter on Amazon - http://amzn.to/fRchCy
